A comprehensive health and safety policy
Getting it right means looking at every aspect of the company to ensure genuine safety on any site. Modern, well-maintained equipment has to be operated by qualified operators, supervised and managed by an experienced foreman and site manager, all following a method statement incorporating a full risk assessment. Crucially, every member of our team is also fully aware of their responsibilities under our policy as well, this combination of approaches has helped keep a perfect health and safety record at    M.R.S Demolition  Ltd for over 5 years. Our health and safety consultants are MSM safety management trained.

Qualified staff with ongoing skills training
We make sure our team are fully qualified to operate equipment, experienced on site and aware of their responsibilities under the health and safety policy. Everyone at M.R.S Demolition Ltd has been through CITB and NDTG approved courses and are qualified to CSCS and CPCS standards, with dangerous waste handlers to ensure full safety compliance and responsible disposal.

Ensuring safety compliance for equipment hire
Our hire plant is the same equipment we use ourselves so it is always well maintained, working properly and includes any essential safety features. We also only supply equipment with our own CSCS and CPCS approved operators who are all well trained and fully qualified to work in any construction environment, and can offer real expertise in operation of the kit on site.
